ArtsNyou is a brand name with a healthy community of over 500 experienced artists. We have art uploaded by artists, by art communities and by art dealers. We aim to be a top art and home décor marketplace in India in the next few years.


What Payment options do you accept?

We accept all major Visa Credit Cards, Debit/ATM Cards and Cash Cards. We also accept direct payment via Net Banking to our account from all major banks of India. Our payment processing is FULLY secured as we have tied up with "CCavenue" and "PayUmoney", both leading names for payment processing in India.


How can I trust you with my Credit/Debit/Net Banking Card details?

It’s simple!! We do not save or process your Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking details. All transactions are carried out by CCAvenue/PayUmoney, reputed payment processor used by many reputed websites like Myntra.com, Flipkart.com, Shaadi.com, Naukri.com, MagicBricks.com etc.  After the confirmation of the order on our website, we direct you to CCavenue.com for completion of the Payment. You can check it in the Address Bar of your browser. After redirecting you to CCAvenue/PayUmoney, we do not have any control over the details you enter. All transactions are handled by CCAvenue/PayUmoney thereon.


How can I trust the quality with such low prices of the product that you offer?

That is the credit that we are proud of and that exactly is the USP of our business. We directly source artwork from artists and art communities worldwide and do not have any intermediate agents or vendors. Apart from that, we have well managed logistics network, and have made technological advancements in order processing. This helps us keep our operating costs at minimum and we pass the benefit on to you.


I see your website contains some paintings that are framed, and some are not. Why so?

Some of our artists frame their art after completion and pass it on to us in that very state, that’s the reason we put it up as it is on our website.  For others, we have standard frames and also deal with customized framing, on request.


Can I track my order online?

Sure, once we dispatch your painting, we would email and sms you the courier company’s name and the tracking code – using which you can track your shipment on their website.


Whom do I contact if I received a damaged or incorrect shipment, or didn’t receive the shipment at all?

I want to gift the painting/artifact to someone. Will you Gift Wrap it, and also put a message card on it?

We will do anything to make your day.  We offer free Gift wrapping service. Simply write your Gift Message in the comments box at the time of checkout.


I didn’t like the artwork. Can I return it?

Sorry, only defected artwork can be replaced within 30 days after you receive the order. Please go through the process on below link Return-policy


Where can I get the receipt of the good I just purchased?

It would be emailed to you within minutes after the purchase. Alternatively, you can also login and check in your account, if you had created one during checkout.


Can I cancel my purchase?

I loved a painting, and would like to share it with my friends. Can I do it directly from your website?

What is the returns process? After how many days will I get my money back?
