1. How will my package be shipped?
All Art Prints & Posters are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. “ArtsNyou” ships with a variety of carriers to provide you the best service and lowest cost. This also depends upon the options you choose, location & your time schedule.
As a standard procedure orders are shipped only Monday to Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends and any Local or National Holidays in India.

2. What are the shipping rates?
We offer multiple options for the Shipping Rates. The prices and estimated delivery time are as follows:
› Standard Shipping: Free (Estimated Delivery 5-7 Days)
We also offer a priority order processing for the Priority Shipping as we do realize the urgency of the customer to get the Art Prints on time.
3. What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate shipment?
Although we wait for all the goods in a single order to arrive before we ship them to you, at your request, we will ship separately the in-stock Prints on your order while waiting to restock any temporarily out of stock items. This will not affect your shipping charges. You must specifically request this to us via email on “support@ArtsnYou.com”
4. How are posters, art prints packaged and what kind of container is used?
The majority of our posters, art prints and canvas prints are rolled and shipped in a reinforced tube tested for strength and stability. All framed items will be adequately protected with multiple layered packaging as per best industrial practices.
5. Can I request gift wrap for the package?
Yes you can. At the moment we do not process Orders for Gift Wrap separately so kindly email your request to us at support@ArtsnYou.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Please do mention your Order Number along with.
6. What does the ‘Usually Ships In” indicate?
We believe in informing you about the estimated time the Art Print or Poster shall leave from our warehouse. Thus “Usually Ships in” indicates as to how many days the Print shall move from our Warehouse to the address you mentioned in the booking form. We try to ensure that we always meet with our estimates and you get the Art Prints, Posters on Time, delivered anywhere in India.
7. Do we have to any payment to the shipper or delivery agent?
No. Our prices are inclusive of all freight and taxes.
8. How do I ship my items somewhere other than to my billing address?
It's easy. During the checkout process, you are provided separate area to mention the shipping address. Please do try to mention the mobile number of the shipping address so that the shipper is able to reach the address.
9. Is my package insured?
‘ArtsNyou’ guarantees your satisfaction. All items exceeding Rs. 5000/- would be carrying transit insurance. We will give you a refund, or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. Please read the Return and refund policies for further details.

10. How do I know that my item has shipped?
On shipment, we will email you a Shipping Notification email. For tracking the shipment, we will include the tracking number in your Shipping Notification email.
11. What if I have not yet received my order but it shows that it has shipped?
Shipping times can vary depending on location and carrier. The carrier will provide a delivery time estimate when tracking your order. If that date has passed or you may have any other concerns about your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would still recommend you to wait for at least 5 days after the estimated delivery date has passed.
